 We're reading The Whipping Boy and there is a prince named Prince Horace. A lot of people call him Prince Brat. I guess he diserves it because he does a whole bunch of awful things. At a royal feast he tied some important people's wigs to a chair! Important People! He also put slippery stuff on some horses saddle's so that the people in armor s fell to the ground with a CLANK! In my opinion, he's pretty mean.
