In this book there is a prince named Prince Brat, people never call him that to his face because it could be very bad. The reason he is called that is because he does very bad things like when his father (the king) held a feast prince Brat tied everyone's wig to their chair and when there was a toast they stood and their wigs fell off!! After that the prince laugh so hard everyone could hear it, then the king called for the whipping boy (Jemmy is his name) and he got 20 whacks! Then once the prince put frogs in the moat, and he even put hog grease on the horses that the knights ride. The sad part is ever single time he gets into trouble the whipping boy gets whipped, even in his lessons because the prince can't write his name or do the ABC's so the whipping boy is whipped! The worst part is the prince like it when the whipping boy gets whipped! He even said to Jemmy that if he doesn't cry it's no fun to him and he would get his father to send him back to the street with his old rags! I can't belive that someone could be so mean to love to see people in pain!!!
